A beautiful breeding California Anatum Peregrine caught a few wingbeats after take-off.

Gorgeous bird and gorgeous shot David!  I love that the pose you caught here shows both the top and under wing detail so beautifully.  What a fantastic view of this magnificent speeding bullet!  Love it!!!!

As a Peregrine Falcon fan, I can happily sit and drool over this one.  :D

Fantastic image David!
Only thing I might have tried, but not sure if it was even better, would be to shift the background colour a bit more towards blue/slightly more vibrant. It's really more a suggestion to see if that might add to a great image than critique...

Thanks Jan,

I normally do bump up the color of the background if need be but I'm not sure why I didn't on this one?  

I couldn't saturate this one to much as the Background started to pixilate but I was able to increase the blue channel and get it looking much nicer.
