Northern Saw-whet Owl

I always look forward to fall because it's northern saw-whet owl season.  They are not easy to find for obvious reasons.  So, always exciting when you see one. 

Had a chance to use my light-weight tripod, the carbon-fibre Benro TMA28C.  It works just fine.  Together with the Think Tank Glass Limo, it feels effortless to grab and go.

Taken with the 7D MK2, 500 f4 II, Flash, Sidekick and Benro TMA28C tripod.  Thanks for looking.
