I like this shot but I think these are Red Winged BB. Tri Colored are West Cost birds and don't have nearly the red patch. With global warming, they seem to be leaving their normal California haunts and have moved into Central Oregon. They need big colonies for breeding purposes and face extinction unless they can adapt.
