Hello everyone!

Here is a shot I took at Ile aux perroquets in Longue-Pointe de Mingan, Québec last summer.

What is your opinion : I took it during an episode of sea fog.  Should I show it with or without the fog effect?  Your opinion is very appreciated.  Thanks!

Because I cannot post the «without fog» one before tomorrow so that you can compare both, I would appreciate to know how you deal with this kind of photo when you present it.

Yves, the Posting Guidelines state: "Two reposts are permitted per image post. The original poster may include a repost after the original image indicating it is the modified version. . . ."

So, it would appear that you can post the image without fog in this thread. To include the image you will need to use "Post a Reply" link at the top, and not the "Quick Reply" link.

I am assuming, of course, that it is the same image, one with fog (above) and the modified version without fog.

Thanks Ron!

I tried to include the second photo in my first message but was unable to do so : it just replaced the original one.

So, in order to see the same photo without fog, please click on the link below

I think both versions work well, the fog adds to the mood.

This may not be the question you were asking, but I would leave the fog there on principle; it's part of the original scene.

If you're asking based purely on how good the photo looks, I would still leave it in.
