Very nice shot, but this really looks like a female House Finch. Cassin's would have a more conical bill, finer and more contrasty breast streaking, and stronger markings on the face, particularly over the eye. Where and at what elevation was the photo taken?

This was takin in Virginia and I really don't know the elevation. Thank you though for your helpful comment.
