Blue Manakin (male)

Another male Manakin from North-East Brazil. We got lucky to stumble on a group of four males displaying in the density of the forest. We got even luckier when one of them decided to separate, come down to eye level, and chose a twig that had a clean background.
Since I discovered the Manakins last year, i cannot have enough of them ! Hoping I am not boring you.

lovely image. I might lighten just the bird and bit and run an extra round of sharpening.

What a beautiful and well posed bird here,like the eye contact and natural setting here.
