What a beauty. We have Caspian Terns here, but I have not seen Least Tern. I really love the colors, superb shot Denis.

I have been shooting terns for years but don't see to many lest terns in my area. When I do, I really appreciate a good frame like this as they are so much smaller than even the Forsters and commons. Also fun to watch how they dive unlike the other terns with their wings straight up. Nice pose, colors and BG.

Thanks David!
Beeing a first for me at Nickerson,i was surprised at their size, and also the speed for capturing in-flight,with their erratic flight patterns,
Certainly was a challenge!
