This looks to me to be a White Cheeked Pintail, also known as a Bahama Pintail,..South America, Caribbean and Galapagos Islands. Such a distinctive and handsome species Jake.

I think you are absolutely right.  The Red-billed looks like the red goes all the way to the bottom of the bill and this one obviously does not.  Thanks for the help.
