Little Blue Heron-immature white

I haven't been out birding much, but this is a very rare bird here in Vermont- was lucky to see it after the alert went out. This was taken just after a dart to catch something I think it missed.

Very good find and nice frame. I saw Little Blue Heron often in Cuba but even there to see the white morph(first year) is rare.

Great find and inclusion of the habitat. The farthest north I've seen this species was in Connecticut.
