This is a tiercel (male) juvenile Peregrine from this years brood a few weeks after fledging. 
I was fortunate to catch him with a nice colorful background as he dove off the cliff and flew by me. I hope you like him.

This is a plant that grows in a few spots on the cliffside at this location. Some kind of dry looking shrub. Not sure of the name but it has a nice rusty look to it and I was happy that he flew thru the best part of it.
