I don't think its going to be doing any more walking, that looks like a pretty tight grip! So beautiful and the detail exquisite. Superbly taken and presented Alan! A beauty!

Great image.. I have yet to land this species in my area.. and I do not have luck with them on migration.. Do you place the walking stick on the perch or was it a natural catch?

The reds and blacks look fantastic on this one!!! Love the pose and the natural prey item. One of your better perched shots IMO.
