Western Slopes Rosella

Hi,

These two birds are natural hybrids between Crimson and Yellow Rosellas and only occur in a small area in northeastern Victoria and New South Wales. Only very few books mention them. There are similar hybrids called Adelaide Rosellas, but they occur about 1000km further west.
There's two forms, orangy-yellow birds and predominantly red coloured birds, you can see both in my image. 
No two birds look alike and I have been focusing on documenting lots of variations :) 
Quite fascinating what nature does...
