Hi
I am still hammering away at images from last June.. I much prefer being out in the field capturing images. Thanks for looking at this regular bird to my June berry perches. Westchester County, NY
ISO 200 D800, 1/800 F6.3, Bean bag and truck at a set up in a local park.
thanks
James

Pretty messy eater, reminds me of the way Pine Grosbeaks look after eating. :)

James, love the cute pose with the mouthful of berries, it's as if the bib is already conveniently stained.  Wonderful exposure, nice perch and sweet BG - beautiful work.  Hope you'll keep hammering away at the backlog of your gems, and I totally agree - love the fieldwork, and dislike the PS - am still years behind ...

A favorite species of mine, but they are messy eaters. Well-composed image!
