This was a difficult species for me to capture this year, I couldn't find a single one that would respond to audio calls despite my best efforts. I don't have alot of experience with Magnolia but my feeling is this species doesn't typically respond as well as some other species.

Taken in Algonquin Park, super high density of breeding individuals so they were very easy to find at least.

Very pretty warbler in a nice setting. After shooting warblers in tough light the last few days I am curious to see your techs for this shot.
