A couple of days ago I had the chance to go and visit an "Old friend" we were both happy to see each other again.

WOW! Thicket Antpitta in the open. I've only ever seen pieces of these guys in dense vegetation. Great shot!

Thanks Rick, this is an "old friend" of mine, I use to visit him once a month but it was a bit longer this time so it was great to see he still want to come out to say "hello" and pose for the shot, this one was just 9 feet away!
