Photo taken at Laguna Seca Ranch in South Texas May 7, 2017.
Nikon D810, 300 mm lens, 1.4 TC, 1/1250 sec at f/10, ISO 800. The branch is from a native Texas Plum Tree. There are very few of these trees remaining in the wild. There are a couple places that sells strictly native shrubbery that they can be found. The butterflies really like it, and the wildlife eat the plums when they're ripe. The plum only grows to about a one inch diameter. Last edited by Gene Gwin on Fri Jun 09, 2017 2:31 pm, edited 1 time in total. |
