Pretty bird in a nice pose. Love the lichen.
Seems a bit soft from here, and that eye is pretty flat. You might try some additional sharpening, and adjusting "levels" on the eye alone, to bring some definition to it.

Nah, just the 800 compression, you can count the barbules
of the feathers and count the bumps around the eye
