I was walking the Osprey Trail on Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, FL when I observed a very quick conflict between the falcon and an osprey.  It was over almost immediately without either bird hurt,  and then the falcon came down and rested on a dead tree limb.  I assume that the falcon was migrating through.  The Ospreys are year-round residents.

Good detail captured on this falcon, Jake. Looks like the osprey ruffled his feathers a bit.
