Great Blue Heron

Shot today at nearby lake. This heron caught a  catfish. Lower bill
speared the fish. Shot in midday in harsh sunlight.
1D4, 300mm f/2.8L USM NON-IS
1/2000, ISO-200, f/3.5 handheld.

I like the light on the head next to the shaded wing - it really makes the head and fish stand out. Also, great job of catching this bird with the fish in its bill.
