Shot this morning. Sun was up quite a bit, fairly harsh light. Fair amount of crop.
1D4, EF300mm f/2.8L USM NON-IS
1/1000, ISO-200, f/9 handheld.

Nice pose, and setting though not so keen on the OOF elements, pity it's cropped heavily already.

Really nice detail in the feathers, and good exposure of the Chickadee.
