Long time no post! I've been spending a lot of time building up an Instagram presence, but its about time I spent a bit of time here. Another leg injury has slowed me for a second year in a row so that hasn't helped either. Feeling old at 38 sucks! Getting this frame was a good consolation.

Canon 500mm f/4 IS on EOS 7D2
1/2500 at f/4, ISO 1600, handheld
