Sharp shot of a sharp bird! Love the pose and BG. Brightness looks good to me (albeit on my iPhone.)

Beautiful bird in a nice pose, tack-sharp, bright eye, and complimentary BG.
My only suggestion - if it's within your ethics - would be to clone out the 2 OOF branches on the right side.
Very nice image!

Great pose, color, and sharpness. I might go with a slightly looser crop as he's pretty tight in the frame now.

Thank you very much everybody for the suggestions. For a new monitor it is always confusing about the brightness settings and others.I will process more images and post here. Feel free to criticize. :) 

Hello Sandy, Thank you for the suggestion. I usually don't clone the branches, though I agree that sometime cloning can increase the visual impact a lot. Thanks again. :)
