An elusive pheasant from Eastern Himalaya

Canon 7DII,500mm,f4,1/25s,ISO4000....never tried such high ISO before as I had no other option....Thanks for looking,your inputs welcome.

Gorgeous bird and great mood depicted in this image. Was this shot in early morning? I wonder about brightening it up just a tad to bring out a little more detail.
