Beautiful bird I've never seen before.
Nice pose, and bright eye. From the angle of the shadow, this was very harsh light, and the whites on the head and wing appear quite hot.
If you have the (now free) Nik Suite, the Viveza program included would help reclaim some of the structure and tone down those hot whites.
