Very beautiful bird, captured exceptionally well!
Bright eye, nice perch, and excellent detail.
If this were mine (and I wish it was!), I'd consider a tighter crop so the rock doesn't overwhelm the bird, and then darken the bright rock a bit.

Great to capture this rare bird and a nice job too. I rather like Sandy's idea of toning down the rock somehow. Sweet pose!
