Great-Horned Owl family portrait

Shot this morning. Light was varying from awful to just OK shooting against the sky.
It took for a while for the family get together for a family portrait. Mommy was sitting outside the nest on nearby branch and I have to wait over 2 hours for mommy to jump back to the nest and then wait longer for them to line up for the picture :D .

1D4, EF300mm f/2.8L USM NON-IS + 2.0X TC II (600mm f/5.6).
1/400, ISO-640, f/8.0

Lovely family portrait. Great to have eye contact with all three. The little ones are so cute.
