We had a fun morning yesterday shooting a local Peregrine falcon eyrie. This beautiful female took off the cliffside in the nice morning light and I was lucky enough to get locked on her as she flew by.
The Background is the colorful Pacific ocean.
Hope you like her.

David, must be clicked large to fully appreciate the gorgeous details captured.  Splendid top view of the wonderfully spread pose popping off the vibrant ocean colors - love the angle of view and the striking glint in her eye - yes, she's beautiful, and you've done her quite the justice.

Thanks so much everyone. I'm glad you like it.

I have been shooting Peregrines for years and I like this frame as much as almost any I've gotten in the past.

Excellent frame David. Great fine details on the falcons face, cool wing position, and the minimal wing tip blur adds a sense of motion to this frame. What a privilege to watch these guys coming to and from the nest. Cheers
Thanks for looking,
