Nice image, particularly the feet. Something funny seems to be going on with his eye though. Curious what it is.

Dorian, this is a fairly common occurrence in small captive owls. I have seen it many times in captive screech owls.
Not sure why, maybe something to do with their normal nocturnal existance being modified for many years. 
They seem to get cataracts and starry eye quite often. Just a guess but I have seen it enough to figure something is going on.
