Not a review by any means but worth mentioning. I have had a Kenko Pro 300 1.4X TC for a while and believed it to work very well.
There would be some inconsistencies in sharpness and AF speed from time to time. I just purchased the Canon 1.4XII and used it right away. This combo of the Canon 500 F4IS and the 1.4XII are a dream match up. CANON 7DII, CANON 500 F4IS, CANON 1.4XII, ISO400, 1/1000, F6.3. Terry W Smith
