One of my favorite raptor poses as they look over at you for a second while they are in the middle of preening their tail.

Thanks as always for looking and for your input.  I appreciate it.

David, super sweet preening pose pause, with her head angled back, ready to touch up her tail.  Love the one talon wrapped around the ruggedly interesting perch and the luscious, warm complementary BG.  Beautiful work!

Nice one! Preening pose is great. Back from Spain for a few days, then off to Belize/Guatemala tomorrow night. Perhaps we can connect when I get back!

Outstanding stuff David! Love the perch, lighting and warm BG. That mid preening pose stare is great.

Nothing better than a Kestrel in a nice pose. I enjoy all the glorious detail in this one.
