You can click "reply" (not quick reply) and then insert an image using the "insert and image" button in the toolbar which is the second one from the right.

This is a very nice shot! If it were me and I were using flash I would have underexposed the ambient light a bit more so as not to blow out the rim light. You'd then end up with a darker background as well, which would accentuate that rim light even more and make the image a bit more dramatic overall.
