Hi everyone!

I was quite happy to catch this guy, last week in Nova Scotia while I was going to the field where bald eagles gather for the festival in Sheffield Mills.

It is such a beautiful and colored bird!

Hope you like it!

Yves, what a strutting poser and looker this one, beautiful capture of the great color markings, nice iridescence, too.

the angle of view is superb but the cropped image is too tight in the frame.

Hi Peter!

Hope you're shooting outdoor somewhere!

Just to let you know, you may not have noticed, but this is not a cropped picture, it is full frame.

Thanks for your comment!

this is such a good one to see. so much to enjoy. (I'm not going to mutter about the tight crop.. aka tight on the tail),..... in the commercial world, this has it all. imperfection etc blah blah .. love it. in the forum world, oh dear.. shouldn't we add a bit more canvas on the right. I will never ever adhere to that and enjoy this in its glory...

truly, I wish I had one like this. Ps the sharper version is cool. this must sell

Beautiful shot Yves! This would make a fine print for a greeting card or note card.
