An interesting frame.
The first one is an adult female and the one behind is a sub adult female.
Also, they have an alternating wing beat.

Really sweet. So perfect it almost looks like a composite of the same bird. Great job getting back of them to be so sharp.

I visited this great place for Wood Ducks yesterday in Toronto again,
but the ducks were gone for the year or at least they were gone from the pond.

Wow Karl!! Very cool to get both hens with opposite wing positions and on the same focal plane. Nice and sharp with great colors.
