Fan-tailed Cuckoo with Catch

I found four of these birds hunting massive colourful caterpillars on an open field. I set up a couple of perches and they started using them :)

Not the easiest bird to get pictures of, so I was stoked to get one with it's prey :)

Great setting, beautiful colors and textures. the bird looks great with the prey in its beak.
