It's been a while. As migration is in full swing here in SoCal, I've been doing more birding than photography lately. I did find a super rare Dusky Warbler in Huntington Beach for ABA #712 before collecting this shot. It was a productive 2 days!

These are such elegant shorebirds.

Canon 400 DO II on EOS 7D2
1/4000 at f/5.6, ISO 400

Great find and shot Dorian,with nice light,low angle,and pose!
Wont be long I,ll be trading down to the DO from the 500,and it,s nice to see the quality shots you,re getting with it!
