From one of my trips to the Conneaut sandspit in Ohio.  Originally went there for shorebirds as I do every year around that time.  Only this trip out there I was fortunate to get some full frame shots of this Least Bittern.  This shot was taken as I was kneeling down in a marsh with waders on and shooting between marsh grasses.  Even so still, this was a difficult shot to get as clean looking as possible. Thanks for looking!

Nice eye contact and lovely light. Wish there was a little bit more room on the left side of the frame.
