A Black Skimmer photographed during my last photo tour to the Pantanal. The background was in shade, thus the black background effect.

Octavio, one of the best photos I've seen in a while. The only thing I might suggest is that if the original has both wingtips intact, to loosen the crop to include them, otherwise crop in tighter, like chop off about half of each wing.

I really like this unique frame. The head on eye contact is strong and the wings anchor the frames nicely on the edge.

Great head on perspective. I have tried this shot as well and it is hard to imagine how aerodynamic the clunky beak is.
