This image is from a few years ago.  It was made in the Flamingo area of the Everglades, FL.  7d and 100-400. Thanks for looking.  Comments welcome.

Very cool wing position. Almost angelic. I was impressed by the numbers of Osprey when i visited Florida. Every other telephone pole had an Osprey nest.

You caught him in a very interesting wing position.... almost a perfect 90 deg bend. Very nice shot

Interesting image. You're shooting super vertical here. Nest overpowers bit to some extent. He's got a good look in his eye so that really helps the shot despite the lighting.
