This is from last year at Bosque del Apache NWR. I had just met Chas for the first time there at the corn fields and we were shooting landings and different things. As the light got harsher I took a hint from Chas to try some head shots using stacked converters. I was pleased with some of the results.

Pretty cool! I tried to get a few shots of the cranes at Bosque last year but they are not always so close. I will have to try stacking converters this year. This came out very well.

This pisses me off its so sharp for all the converters. :)

Great detail and exposure. With him profile, you got to include some more BG through his nose :)

Great Headshot Steve.
