This was taken at Sunken Meadow State Park on Sunday.

As the tide came in the egrets had to change there fishing techniques they started flying over the schools of fish and picking them out of the water in flight this was just after it caught one.

Did I ever have a blast today, missed ya my friend.

Really great action shot. Perhaps a touch tight at the top but that doesn't really matter with an image like this. A fish in the bill, too, just great!

Great shot! I'm glad you got the feet too. I love the feet on these birds.

Nice action. Walkin on water. The edge around the birds head seems very well defined. A little too much USM? Still that's only a nit to the presentation, not the image.
