Some may have seen this before. One handsome dude, eh? Taken in May 03 in San Diego. Cropped less than 10%.

Mike, I have seen this in all its exquisite detail. A drunk Dr. Frankenstein must have put this one together.

While I believe there is no such thing as an ugly bird, these ducks make me question my position.

The detail is incredible. I love that smug look he's giving. Too cool. 8)

Mike,

Somehow I just knew you would post this one. It's really hard not to stare at this bird. Your image brings out all the details. It's scary :D

Not exactly a great looking bird, but a very nice capture.

Ugg... I usually think these are just the ugliest things. You've managed to make me change my mind. This is a gorgeous image and I love the reds that compliment the golden tones. It's also about as sharp as sharp can be. This is really well done Mike.

A beautifully ugly bird -- they all look diseased but at least this one's "lesions" are well distributed! :D Great portrait, the exposure could not be better.

Mike:

Obviously, this guy has never seen his reflection in the water or he wouldn't look so darn smug.

A beautiful shot of one of the ugliest birds I have ever seen.

Mike,

This is a very nice photograph. He might be ugly but he has a beautiful eye. You certainly brought out the best in him.

Mike,

Amongst that Picasso face is the most beautiful brown eye. This is a Killer headshot.
