Wonderful, Noel. The lines of the wake and the excellent light are the stars of this image.

Hi,

usually I can't stand these images... but your is very cool-- you did a great job getting an angle that catches the wakes so well.

Gorgeous shot, Noel. The geometry formed by the wake, the color, the duck's placement, they all add up to a very pretty shot.

I would love to come and visit you back yard lake.

Wonderfully seen.

The light was there but waiting for the wake and the frame to develop shows signs of a Photographer thinking.

Great thinking and work. :D

Noel,

The wake is great and allows you to violate the common rule about leaving more space in front of the sublect.

Beautiful silhouette, Noel. As has been mentioned, the blue lines in the otherwise golden water really make the shot. Excellent work. :)
