Nikon D2H 500/4, 1.4X

I would like to thank everybody for your input and suggestions on my original post. I redid my image using Nikon C4, and I hope it came out as a better quality image. The original was processed with Adobe Photoshop CS, and the colors came out wrong. I don’t know if it’s because of the program, or it’s because I’m using a laptop. It sounds like a silly excuse, but I hope you like the repost. Thanks for looking.

Marius, I am surprised the improvement is so dramatic. Nice shot.

Marcos, this looks a LOT better.

It was worth the work to improve it.

I agree that it looks better, but there is too much negative space on the right. I would crop it square

Great action image. You certainly nailed this at the peak moment.

Very much nicer-- I like this crop because you still have the ripples on the right.

I am impressed at how different the two images seem!

This one is very lovely as is: I strongly disagree with Richard's suggested crop as you would then lose the concentric circles in the water. All in all, a wonderful image. (I did not see the first one, but this one looks fine.)

Marius,

I love the action here, and it looks great as presented from where I am sitting. I too prefer the room on the right.

Best,
