I realize that this isn't the best image, with a few hot spots and clipped wings, but I liked the way you can see the eye through the water. I shot this one year ago tomorrow at Estero Lagoon. I wish I was headed there tomorrow this year! Hope ya like it!

The nits you mention don't really bother me. The timing and action of the shot more than make up for it.

Ditto what Wayne said. Very sharp and well presented. I like the even ripples in the water heading back to the far bg.

Very nice action. The nits are insignificant.

The most critical moment here is preserved for us; it is an extremely compelling look. The head is just in perfect position. We can see the eye but the bill has already penetrated the water only micro seconds before so the splash is still small but will be much bigger. CONGRATS.

:D :D :D Terrific stop action. The water splash is tremendous. Overall, an excellent nice clear image.

No nits from me. The action is what this one is about. :)
