This was taken tuesday at Democrat Point I was photographing terns in flight when this guy flew in.

Canon 1D 500mm f4 1.4x, Tripod Ball head Leveling head Sidekick, Manual exposure using incident meter -1/3 320 @ 5.6, Auto focus.
