I doubt I would have posted this except for the motif. WHile I like the body and wing positions and sharpness, the bright rock is a problem. I don't think I have this dodging/burning thing down quite right, no matter how many times I go over it nothing looks any different! Suggestions welcomed.
This bird made a couple of aborted attempts at landing, so I prefocused on the spot where he'd been perched before taking off and waited for my chance. I got this shot and one still in the air but with a wing clipped. Canon 10D, ISO 200, 100-400IS hand held. Cayman Brac bluffs. Lillian |
