Taken a few weeks ago at Ding Darling. He was just sitting on a branch posing. Thanks for looking.

I love the way these herons pose for us photographers.

On an LCD monitor this looks plenty sharp enough. My wish would be for a fair bit more color saturation, and a bit of midtone balance away from yellow and toward blue. I think that would really make it pop off the screen.

This sounds negative; I don't mean it to be! It's a fine shot as is!
