The "yellow rocket" chasing the big one is a Village Weaver; the hawk (African Harrier, I suppose) has tried to attack the colony.

I have always found this behavior amazing. It would be nice to see the hawk's face, but the shot is great as is! The weaver does look like a rocket with the wings folded back like that.
