Dyno-mite image of this species! Excellent detail and I like the composition and watery suggestion in the ULC. Would consider selectively sharpening the eye to make it match the sharpness of the rest of the bird.

Steve, awesome pose and wingspread. I add a bit more to the left if you have it.

Excellent shot, Steve!! I really like how the line the wings and head make parallels the water/shore line. 8)

Lovely Heermann's image. Just a bit tight on the crop for me.

I agree with those of you regarding the tight crop. The problem is there is no real estate to the left of the gull. I had to crop the right side of the frame or the bird would be completely misaligned.

Sweet. The only improvement I can see would be to make the bird an adult.

As the others have said, this is excellent! The outstretched wings are great. A little more room to the right would be good also.

There's very little I'd fault here. An excellent catch.

Very nice shot. The crop doesn't bother me. I also like the water in the upper left corner.
