Well done. I like the soft BG and the lichen onthe perch as they compliment the bird.

Well done on this shrike. The light is soft and intersting. It looks just a tad dark on my monitor, I would suggest a slight boost in the midtones with levels.

Great catch on this bird, I've never seen one except for the drawing in Sibley's. :D The color of the lichen is very beautiful and I think adds a neat element to this image. A touch of lightening up the image, as Mike suggested, would work for me.

To me, the bird gets a touch lost in the background. It could be my monitor, which I am still getting used to. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as it helps denote the foggy environment. I like the overall tones here.

Seems a bit washed out and dull. I'm sure you can brighten this up a bit for presentation here. Still a very nice capture.
